Organization is imperative for a virtual assistant to be successful. This means utilizing tools such as Outlook to organize emails with rules and have a customized CRM system for prospects and leads. Otherwise you can get in the weeds so to speak very easily and customer service will take the hit.

This arrangement works well for both parties. Outsourcing office work to a real estate virtual assistant is effective time management for the real estate professional. Expenses associated with salaried employees like insurance and retirement plans are bypassed, and the agent has just opened up their schedule for more mixing with real estate prospects.

The number one benefit of outsourcing to a VA is the leverage of time. Many agents do not build their business like a business. They try to do everything and this essentially holds them back and stunts their business growth.

The truth is a real estate agent has so many hats to wear that it is impossible for a single agent to grow and prosper without implementing systems, structures, and delegating responsibilities to someone other then themselves. A virtual assistant already has these systems in place.
