Email Marketing Basics - How to Write an Email IV

I am going to give you a slew of different kinds of emails to write, and I am going to show you how to do it.

But I want you to stay away from the idea that you need a formula. Of course, it is almost impossible for me to teach you how to write a certain kind of email without giving you some kind of a formula. But I do not want you to focus on the formula I want you to focus on the result that each type of email can provide for you.

Here is where I want you to write from. I want you to write from your heart. I want you to write as if you are writing to a good friend. I want you to envision that you are writing to just one person when you are writing your emails. Just one person. Write to one person. Then send it to your entire list.

Sure, some people wont like it. Who cares? Let them opt out of your list. You dont need them anyway. Do you really think that if you have to write careful emails just to keep them on your list, that they are ever going to buy from you? And if they buy, are they going to like your product? Look, if you have to walk on eggshells just to get someone to read your emails, then how are you ever going to sell books?

Write your emails from your heart. By the way, when you start writing your books, do the same thing. Write from your heart. Tell people what you know, what you understand.
